Can I request a song that isn't in your library?

Yes. If you have a specific song in mind, we’re happy to include it — but please note:

The track must be one that can be legally purchased (e.g. from iTunes, Amazon Music, or a similar licensed source).
We’re unable to use music sourced from YouTube or similar platforms, as these often don’t carry the correct licensing for public performance/playback.
Alternatively, if you have your own copy of the music (e.g. purchased or personally owned), you’re welcome to supply this directly to us.

No — once you’ve confirmed you’d like a webcast, our team will handle the setup and provide you with a link to share with those joining remotely.

Clearly a loss is the most difficult time taking on board bereavement and having to make necessary arrangements.
