Exceptional care at a deeply difficult time

From the very first conversation, Anand and the entire team were a steady, calming presence for our family during one of the most painful periods of our lives.

Over the course of the last two weeks, they guided us with quiet professionalism, genuine kindness, and deep compassion. Nothing ever felt rushed, and no request was too small. Every detail was handled with dignity and care, allowing us the space to grieve while knowing everything else was in safe hands.

My father passed away recently. I had no clue what to do and where to start, very much confused and also traumatised by the whole situation. Dealing with a death of someone close and the legal preparations was hard. Going to Asain Funeral and having dealings with Anand and Jas put me and my husband at ease and comfortable. Anand listened and formed a picture of what type of person my dad was. They respected all my needs, my families needs and my dad's final journey to God. Very professional, kind and sincere. They were prompt and kept in regular contact with issues of concerns. I couldn't have wished for anything more than we have requested with utmost decorum. Would always recommend in time of need.

Clearly a loss is the most difficult time taking on board bereavement and having to make necessary arrangements. The service and level of care offered from day one by both Anand and Jas was impeccable and really took the strain off the family. They know their job inside out and did everything possible to make sure we were informed and understood everything that was going to happen. Anand and Jas also have a unique knowledge of the Sikh tradition and ensured our Grandmother’s wishes were fulfilled as well as advising and guiding the family along the way with a high level of expertise. During our darkest hour Anand, Jas and the Asian Funeral Home team were on hand to support and take care of all the arrangements after the loss of our loving departed brother 💔.

I would like to say a huge thank you to both Anand & Jaz as they were so amazing during such a horrible time. I would recommend Asian funeral home. They were so caring and compassionate. They stepped in when our family needed it the most and they didn’t let us worry about a thing. The planning of the funeral to the funeral day the effort from these guys was brilliant. They was so considerate about the little details also I can’t thank them enough! The after care is really good.
